This document explains who manages LeaderSphere, what personal data we process, for what purpose, and what rights each member has over their information.
1. Identification of the data controller

2. Data we collect
When you join by invitation we process: full name, email address, professional category, company, city and biography that you add yourself to your profile; the messages you exchange with other members on the platform; your event registrations; and technical access data (login, preferred language).
3. Purpose of processing
We use this data to manage your membership, display your profile to other members of the circle, enable private messaging between connected members, organize and manage event attendance, and inform you about club news.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the contractual relationship arising from your membership and on the consent you give when accepting the invitation and creating your account.
5. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as you remain an active member of the circle. If you leave, your data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it for longer.
6. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. Your profile (name, category, company, city, biography) is visible to the other members of the circle, as it forms the basis of the directory. Your private messages are only visible to you and the member you are speaking with; the management team only accesses them if strictly necessary to handle a report.
7. Security
The platform applies encryption in transit, per-member access control (each member only sees what is relevant to them) and strict data separation through database-level security policies. Administrative access is restricted and protected.
8. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data at any time from your profile, or by requesting it at [CONTACT EMAIL]. You can also object to processing or request data portability.
9. Cookies
We only use technical cookies essential to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
10. Community guidelines
Every member is expected to treat the rest of the circle with respect. Any member can block another member or report inappropriate behavior directly from the conversation; the management team reviews every report received.
11. Changes to this document
We may update this notice to reflect legal or service changes. We will publish the date of the last update at the top of this page.
12. Applicable law
This document is governed by Moroccan law, in particular Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
